The new publisher stated the following:
We understand the inconvenience caused by the items lost during the transfer process. Thanks to the feedback you all provided, we initiated a detailed investigation towards compiling everything lost and returning your items or providing you compensation.
The stats of some items can not the restored, so random stats will be provided. Regarding gems, they are not able to verify gems that were added to the items, so players can’t expect compensation for this.
Everyone receives the lost items, so it’s not necessary to submit a ticket regarding this matter. Players will receive the compensation items in February. More information and the full list of items can be found here!
