Diablo 4 Meets StarCraft in a Stellar Crossover Event
Blizzard is fusing two of its legendary universes once again! This time, the sci-fi warriors of StarCraft are invading the dark world of Diablo 4, bringing a galaxy’s worth of style with them. From September 26 to October 10, players can grab class-exclusive StarCraft cosmetics, alongside a Zerg-themed mount and a mini Hydralisk pet, all available through the in-game shop.
While Blizzard hasn’t officially announced pricing, based on previous crossover bundles – like the Berserk collaboration – you can expect these StarCraft sets to cost around $28 per bundle.
StarCraft Skins for Every Diablo 4 Class
Each of Diablo 4’s six classes is getting a unique StarCraft-inspired makeover, paying tribute to some of the franchise’s most iconic heroes and villains:
- Barbarian: Jim Raynor
- Necromancer: Zagara
- Rogue: Zeratul
- Sorcerer: Tassadar
- Druid: Arcturus Mengsk
- Spiritborn: Kerrigan
These cosmetics transform your heroes into legendary figures from the StarCraft saga, offering a cosmic twist to your Sanctuary adventures.
Exclusive Mounts & Pets: Zergling Power!
For those looking to travel in true Zerg style, the crossover features a Zergling mount bundle, complete with unique armor and two Zerg-inspired trophies.
There’s also a mini Hydralisk pet bundle, which includes the pet itself, an emblem, and the Relic of Zerus mount trophy, perfect for showing off your interstellar allegiance.
Free Rewards – No Grinding Required
Unlike the Berserk event, which tied rewards to a special Battle Pass, this crossover makes things simple. Players can claim free StarCraft cosmetics directly from the in-game shop, no extra grinding needed!
Here’s the rollout schedule for the free bundles:
- Protoss Bundle – Available September 26
- Terran Dominion Bundle – Available September 27
- Zerg Bundle – Available September 28
All three bundles can be claimed until October 10, so don’t miss out.
Twitch Drops: Watch to Earn More Loot
Fans can also score three exclusive StarCraft emblems through Twitch Drops. To unlock all three, simply watch Diablo 4 streams for a total of six hours during the event period. It’s a great way to support creators and add more flair to your arsenal.
Blizzard’s Expanding Crossover Universe
This isn’t the first time Blizzard has blended its franchises. Warcraft-themed cosmetics previously made their way into Diablo 4 to celebrate World of Warcraft’s 20th anniversary.
The StarCraft event marks the second major internal crossover and comes hot on the heels of Season 10, which revamped the Infernal Hordes endgame and introduced Chaos Armor, an upgraded form of Uniques.
Looking ahead, Diablo 4’s next expansion is set to launch in 2026, promising even more cosmic adventures.
