Forge of Empires – The Great Fall bake off event
The event sees the return of Mrs Appleton, who once again is hungry to test Players baking skills. Every bake needs ingredients, and these can be collected by completing the tasks Mrs Appleton sets, hiding in daily chests, or Players may find them located in unexpected places around the city. Once enough ingredients have been gathered the baking can begin.
By completing recipes and preparing a beautiful Signature Bake Players will win prizes and a chance to pick up the Daily Special. The Great Fall Bake Off Daily Special is a little different; Players can choose whether they would like to switch prizes for a different reward, but a switch can only be used once a day so deciding whether to switch or stick needs to be weighed carefully!
The aim of the event is to fill the Bake Off table with scrumptious treats, with some baked goodies taking more space than others. Dishes are awarded stars, from one star for a simple bake to three stars for completing more complex recipes. Players can decide how to load their tables with snacks, pies, cakes, and treats, bringing an element of strategy to this tasty event.
The Special Grand Prize this year is the Sunflower Oil Press, a building that can be upgraded through nine levels. It immediately provides Happiness, Population, and Coins, but leveling it up will bring Supplies, Forge Points, Goods, and three Random Units.
There are more prizes to be won along the way; Portraits, Selection Kits, and the fabulous Cobalt Blue Lagoon. This beautiful body of water provides a forge point and doubles the production of the next two buildings that Players collect. After the Cobalt Blue Lagoon has been collected five times it becomes a decoration, bringing additional happiness to the empire.
With a league to compete in, extra prizes to be claimed, and a city to fill with the sweet smell of baked goods, The Great Fall Bake Off is the latest in a long line of beautifully designed Events taking place in Forge of Empires.
