“We’re happy that we can meet the expectations of our players and give them the Marketplace. The system should be as simple and functional as possible, but we’ll keep expanding it in the future. The marketplace will surely make character development easier and the simplified trading will let our players immerse themselves in the world of Broken Ranks even more.” – says the founder of the studio, Krzysztof Danilewicz.
The marketplace will be released in its classic form, well-known from other MMORPGs. Players will be able to buy and sell items more comfortably. As is usually the case, there’ll be a fee for putting an item on the market and for selling it.
“Apart from the trading system, which is the main part of this update, we’re also introducing a sidequest. Making the game attractive to players at every stage is one of our main goals. There’ll also be plenty of fixes and improvements, including those reported by our community. Among others, we’ll be optimizing gear ranks and making adjustments to upgrade flasks.” – adds Danilewicz.
A full list of changes is available on the Broken Ranks website HERE.
Broken Ranks is a successor to the MMORPG The Pride of Taern. It boasts a unique, turn-based combat system and a grim, low-fantasy world seen from an isometric view. The title is reminiscent of such classics as the HoM&M series or Baldur’s Gate. Adventurers will be able to find a lot of story-driven quests and a vast, interesting world ready to be explored alone, in a group, or with guildmates.
Broken Ranks is available on PCs through a client.
