Lineage II Aden is a completely separate edition, where they scaled down the difficulty so you don't need to grind in huge groups, also there are an entire bunch of new features as well.
Let’s highlight some of the biggest features of Lineage II Aden!
There are two new classes available upon launch; the Death Knight class (Male Human, Male Elf, Male Dark Elf) and the new Storm Blaster class for the Sylph race.
All 36 classes have been reworked to have their own buffs in order to smoothly solo hunt the monsters on the new Aden server.
Compared to LineAge II and LineAge II Classic, Aden server grants the player faster leveling speed, less complexity of combat, and much more solo PVP and PVP possibilities. Transcendent Instance Zones are horde-style hunting zones designed for solo play, but Aden offers plenty of group content as well.
An exclusive pet system makes the combat more efficient: Summon a Wolf, Buffalo, Tiger, Kookaburra, Hawk or Strider to assist the player in battle.
Play with your friends, or on your own – Aden gives you the choice – and it’s free-to-play!
